EULIUM House Rules 

To ensure a relaxing, safe, and fair stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to comply with the following house rules at EULIUM:

1. Arrival and Departure: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive later or desire late check-out.
2. Information & Orientation: Additional information about the property as well as the Wi-Fi access details will be provided after your arrival. We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with the facilities on site in order to fully enjoy the variety of possibilities EULIUM has to offer.
3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours in the region are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud activities during this time. Parties are strictly prohibited at the property.
4. Cleanliness: Please keep the accommodation as clean as possible, out of respect for other guests and for your own comfort. A dishwasher is available. Trash bags are provided so that waste can be disposed of in a centralized manner.
5. Fire / Smoking / Fire Safety: EULIUM is a wooden house. Open flames (fireplace, grill, candles, etc.) must never be left unattended in order to minimize the risk of fire. When leaving the chalet and upon departure, no fire may be burning, glowing, or smoldering. Smoking and the disposal of cigarette butts or any other burning objects are strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. Two fire extinguishers are available on site if needed (one in the laundry room on the upper floor and one in the ski room next to the entrance).
6. Adults Only: Children are welcome from the age of 14 years. At this age, a corresponding level of personal responsibility and awareness is expected.
7. Pets: Pets are not permitted at EULIUM, as animal hair and residues may cause issues for subsequent guests (e.g. guests with allergies).
8. Wood & Firewood: Firewood for the stoves and the fire bowl may be freely taken from the wood cellar. It is already cut to the appropriate length. Please handle with care to avoid injuries from nails or wood splinters.
9. Trust: Our minibar is well stocked with regional delicacies. We trust that any items taken will be paid for in cash according to the price list provided on site.
10. Shoes: Please remove outdoor shoes in the entrance area and use either your own slippers or those provided. Particular care should be taken on parquet floors to avoid damage caused by small stones or dirt.
11. Furniture: Nearly all furniture at EULIUM consists of handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces. Please treat the furnishings and furniture with care, as if they were your own.
12. Damages: The tenant is liable for all damages caused during the stay, including damages caused by accompanying persons. Any damages or unusual observations (e.g. technical defects) must be reported immediately in order to prevent consequential damage.
13. Liability Disclaimer: The use of all facilities is at your own risk. If required, please refer to the specific (online) operating instructions for the equipment. The operator assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, damages, or consequences resulting from improper use. For minors, the respective supervising persons are liable.
14. Environment: Please use water and electricity responsibly. Windows and doors should remain closed as much as possible, especially during winter, in order to prevent heat loss.
15. Departure: Upon departure, please ensure that no fire is burning, glowing, or smoldering, that the main water valve (located behind the mirror in the wellness area) is turned off, that all windows and doors are closed and locked, and that the accommodation is left in a broom-clean condition. Movable items and keys must be returned to their original places; the key must be deposited in the mailbox next to the entrance, unless otherwise agreed.
