EULIUM Property Rules

To ensure a relaxing, safe, and fair stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to comply with the following house rules at EULIUM:

1. Arrival and Departure: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you plan to arrive later.
2. Orientation: We will provide you with additional information about the property as well as the Wi-Fi code upon your arrival. We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with the property by accessing the short videos available via the QR codes provided on-site, so you can fully enjoy all the possibilities your stay has to offer.
3. Quiet Hours: Usual hours of silence in the region are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud activities during this time. Parties are strictly prohibited at the property.
4. Cleanliness: Please keep the accommodation as clean as possible to respect all guests and enhance your own comfort. A dishwasher is available for your convenience. Trash bags are provided to collect waste centrally.
5. Fire/Smoking: The EULIUM is a wooden house. Never leave open flames (fireplace, grill, candles, etc.) unattended to minimize risk of fire! Smoking and discarding cigarette butts or any burning items are prohibited throughout the property for the same reason. Two fire extinguishers are available if needed (in the laundry room upstairs and the ski room near the entrance).
6. Adults-Only: Children aged 14 and older are welcome, as this age generally comes with a certain level of self-responsibility and awareness.
7. Pets: Pets are not allowed at EULIUM, partly because pet hair is difficult to remove, which can have unpleasant consequences for future guests (e.g., those with allergies).
8. Firewood: Firewood for the stoves and the fire bowl can be taken freely from the wood cellar. It is already cut to the appropriate length. Please handle it carefully to avoid injuries from nails or wood splinters.
9. Trust: Our minibar is well-stocked with delicacies from the region. We trust that guests will pay for items according to the price list provided, in cash.
10. Shoes: Please remove street shoes in the entrance area and use either your own slippers or those provided. Particular care should be taken on parquet floors to avoid damage, such as scratches and holes from small stones.
11. Furniture: Nearly all furniture in EULIUM is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Please treat the furnishings and pieces with care and love, as if they were your own, so that they remain enjoyable also for your next visit.
12. Damages: The tenant is liable for any damages caused during the stay. Please report any damage immediately so it can be promptly addressed and repaired.
13. Liability Disclaimer: Use of all facilities is at your own risk. Refer to the specific (online) operating instructions for devices if needed. The operator assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or consequences of improper use. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.
14. Environment: Please use water and electricity sparingly. Windows and doors should remain closed whenever possible, especially in winter, to avoid heat loss.
15. Departure: Before leaving, ensure that all windows and doors are closed, and that any keys and movable items are returned to their original locations.
