General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, reservations, and contracts for accommodations rented through “Fairness Circle”, a registered Association in Austria.
The accommodation contract is concluded when the provider accepts the booking request of the contractual partner. Electronic declarations are considered received if they can be accessed under normal circumstances during the provider's business hours.
If a deposit is required, the contract is only finalized when the contractual partner agrees to pay it. The deposit is part of the total agreed Piment.
You are obligated to pay the price indicated in the written booking confirmation. Discounts or special offers cannot be applied after the reservation confirmation has been issued.
All prices include VAT, if applicable, unless otherwise specified. If VAT increases after the contract conclusion and the trip starts more than four months later, the price will increase proportionately.
The contractual partner has the right to occupy the rented rooms and properties from 3:00 PM on the agreed arrival day unless otherwise specified. Rooms and properties must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the departure day. Failure to vacate on time may result in additional charges.
Pets are not allowed in any managed property of our accommodation providers. Children from the age of 14 and above are welcome. Guests are kindly requested not to use the property as a party house. The contractual partner is liable for any damages incurred. All properties are non-smoking zone.
The provider is not liable for the inability to fulfill the contract due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
By signing the accommodation contract, the contractual partner has the right to use the rented rooms and facilities in accordance with the property’s rules.
The contractual partner must pay the agreed price by the departure date and compensate for any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or others they bring into the accommodation. The contractual partner confirms to comply with the property’s rules and takes full responsibility for any damages resulting from the disregard of the property’s rules.
The provider has the right to withhold guest belongings as collateral if payments are delayed. They may also charge interim invoices during the stay.
The provider must deliver the agreed services to the standard specified. Additional services, such as providing beverages or extra beds, may incur separate charges.
The provider is not liable for minor negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages and lost profits is excluded. Guests are solely responsible for the safe and proper use of the accommodation. The provider and owner of the accommodation exclude explicitly any liability for any type of accidents or the guest and contract provider.
The provider is liable for guest belongings only if they were handed over personally for safekeeping. Liability is limited to statutory amounts and excludes minor negligence.
If the guest departs early, the full agreed amount is still due unless the room is re-rented. Contracts can be terminated immediately for serious breaches, such as misconduct or non-payment.
If a guest falls ill, the provider will arrange medical care at the guest's expense. In case of death, the provider is entitled to reimbursement for related expenses.
Legal gaps are governed by applicable Austrian law. Guests' personal data may be stored and used for administrative and promotional purposes in compliance with applicable data protection law.
Complaints must be reported immediately in written to allow resolution. They will be handled with care.
The contract is governed by Austrian law, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the provider's registered location.
